Original Toronto Star caption: New nuclear plant: Workers leave after their shift at the Darlington nuclear plant, under construction. Energy Probe is trying to raise money for a court challenge to a federal act that says each nuclear plant must have $75 million in liability insurance. The amount would do little more than pay the photocopy charges on all the writs the lawyers would file, the group's lawyer says.
