In Orangeville this week, on pair of well-known local toughs took on Jeffrey Peel, 4, who slowly disappeard from view at the hands of his sister, Stefane, 3, right, and sidekick Jackie Henry, 5. But Jeff seems to accept that some girls are bullies.
