Original Toronto Star caption: Pilot Wally Warner stands on the pontoon of an amphibious Turbo Beaver aircraft, at Malton International Airport, one of four planes used by the Ontario government for executive purposes. A report was given to a Legislature committee by Leo Bernier, Minister of Natural Resources, on use of government planes. He estimated it costs $100 an hour to fly a government plane. Government has 45 planes.
