Original Toronto Star caption: One of the first flights out of Toronto Airport after 10-day Air Canada shutdown, Halifax-bound DC-9 is signalled into take-off pattern by station attendant Paul Higgins yesterday at Terminal 2. Although a tentative agreement had been reached Sunday between the airline and its 7,500 ground-service workers, many of them were slow getting back on the job because of the holiday weekend, and only half of Air Canada's regular 240 daily flights were operating.
