Original Toronto Star caption: Only one out of three production lines is still operating at the de Havilland aircraft plant at Downsview, Ont. Here Twin Otters fro export to Indonesia are being completed by management personnel in a plant now at low ebb because of a strike by 900 United Auto Workers which began Jan. 20. No new aircraft are being started and, unless strike ends work may come to a complete halt. There's a backlog of orders and spare parts are supplied from inventory. The Toronto company is a pioneer in short takeoff aircraft.
