Original Toronto Star caption: Change of plan: North York Mayor Mel Lastman says he has a plan to accommodate both the domed stadium and de Havilland Aircraft. He has proposed one parking lot be moved from the northwest side of the stadium to the east of Allen Rd. Under the new plan, only the east-west runway would have to be relocated at a 45-degree angle.
