Original Toronto Star caption: Workers at Baldwin Airport; north of Newmarket; hoist a Macair Merlin ultralight plane on their shoulders to carry it to a trailer for transport to this week's Sport Aircraft Expo. The show; which features recreational aircraft - ultralights; gyrocopters and amateur-built aircraft- runs Friday; Saturday and Sunday at the International Centre on Airport Rd. In Mississauga. The Canadian-designed Merlin has been built from a kit; which sells for $16;000. It takes about 300 hours to assemble and is powered by a modified snowmobile engine.
