Guest of honor is Howard Fuller; president of Malcolm X University in North Carolina. He is drescribed as an important American revoluntionary. Pls lay on photographer to meet me there at 6 p.m. Photographer should be briefed that we are apparently not invited to this affair but heard about through other sources. We may find attendance limited to the black and left wing press. Photographer should get leading figures for file purposes and some kind of action shot of Fuller; preferably with the body-guard which I understand is very evident.
