Notes
A collection of stories tied together loosely by a forbidden book, which drives its readers mad. The name of the land, "Carcosa", mentioned in the eponymous story, was taken from an Ambrose Bierce story, and later incorporated into the Cthulu mythology by H.P. Lovecraft.
