Premier Mitchell Hepburn; on Mr. King's right; immediately followed the prime minister with a blast against the report's recommentations which split the conference into two camps in its infancy. Premier Aberhart of Alberta and Premier D. T. Pattullo of British Columbia; lined up behind Mr. Hepburn.
