Original Toronto Star caption: Peep hole for people. When Travelers Insurance Co. decided to put up new office on University Ave. they figured they may as well have a distinctive fronting while it's going up. So; instead of the usual drab green and gray plywood; they painted it red and white and added observation holes in the shape of the company's symbol-umbrellas. Carol Walsh decided to have a quick peek at construction during lunch break.
