Original Toronto Star caption: A head of steam at Uxbridge. The Uxbridge-Scott Historical Society held its sixth annual Steam Threshing Days at the Quaker Hill Museum Grounds on Saturday and Sunday. Among the features was this model of a 1920 steam-powered tractor built by 66-year-old Earl Dunn of Cameron and his brother. Dunn refills water tank. It took them 2 1/2 years to complete and the materials cost more than $1;000. Other highlights of the show included steam-powered shingle mill; drag saw and threshing machine; pioneer arts and crafts.
