Original Toronto Star caption: Fireman patrol wreckage of the Bebbington home which was demolished in one bewildering instant Saturday by an explosion; the exact nature of which has not yet been determined. Five in the family were led or dug from the wreckage; all alive. They were in critical condition from burns and shock at first. Survivors of the explosion include 22-month-old Robert Bebbington.
