It's good, plain, solid food cooked to keep a trucker satisfied for the next 300 miles. Mrs. Duck says. Tourists tend to eat lighter foods like salads. Duck is a mechanic and worked in the Arctic for 13 years, taking supplies in by cat train. They opened the restaurant in January.
