Original Toronto Star caption: In the heat of the morning: 'Stop-and-go' traffic on Highway 400 north was mostly stop yesterday when cars were backed up for more than three hours. Although a couple of multiple-car rear-enders really snarled things up; the cars pictured on the shoulder were just suffering from heat exhaustion.
