Drury tries out The Penguin; a Canadian-designed; two-seat amphibian car on display at the National Design Centre in the Colonnade building on Bloor St. Mr. Drury and Trudy Lewicki got a sneak preview of the $1;000 vehicle before tomorrow's public opening of the centre which displays some 200 of the best manufacturing designs of Canadians chosen by the National Design Council.
