Original Toronto Star caption: King for a day: George Cave; dressed as King William III (King Billy) leads Toronto's 161st annual Orange parade; the first time anyone but an off-duty mounted policeman has led the event. Yesterday's rain delayed the parade start about 15 minutes. The 4;000 marchers and 25 bands were watched by an estimated 1;000 people; police said; a far cry from thousands who mobbed parades about 25 years ago.
