Colour trade card advertisement depicting an old lady sitting in a shoe, surrounded by many children and babies.  She is feeding some from a large can of "Nestlé's Milk Food", other children play outside the shoe, and another large can of "Nestlé's Milk Food" is on the ground, on the left, at the front of the shoe.  Caption states, "There was an old woman who lived in a shoe, / She had so many children, she knew not what to do, / Some she had nursed, and some bottle fed, / But those raised on Nestlé's Food / Came out farahead. -  Printed on lower left: Nestle's Mother Goose series.  The back of the card contains text: "WHAT IS NESTLÉ'S MILK FOOD?"/ with a brief history and description of the product.
