Mayor Arthur Eggleton officially opened College/Shaw branch, Toronto Public Library's 30th branch, on May 12, 1984. Also in attendance are to his right Tony O'Donohue (Alderman Ward 4) and Mayor's Representative on TPL Board; Ross McClellan, MPP Bellwoods riding and Joseph Pantalone (Alderman Ward 4). To the Mayor's left is Ms. Elizabeth Hoffman, Chairman of the TPL Board.
