Writing on the back of the postcard indicates the house is situated at 73 Kensington Ave. in Eglington Village. According to Might’s Toronto City Directory the house belonged to John Fursey, a carpenter, at 73 Kensington Ave.  According to Familysearch the little girl is Lillian Louise Fursey, born 1907 to John and Louise Fursey. Kensington Avenue was renamed Roselawn Avenue when North Toronto was amalgamated into Toronto in 1912.
