Original Toronto Star caption: Serenading children with some down-home music are expatriate Newfoundland minstrels Reg Watkins, left, and Michael T. Wall and Roy A. Payne. They're holding impromptu concert in front of Goose's Newfoundland Grocery at Logan and Gerard Sts., one of the several Newfie stores that sell such delicacies as seal flippers, turnip tops and salt codfish. Their music reflects the Newfoundlander's homesickness for that beloved Old Rock in the sea.
