Harbor police scuba divers plunge into the ice-covered water of the harbor; led by 2nd Officer Ernie Norrey (top). Following him are Brian Kennedy; David Bryan and Ulrich Ertle. In the water; only the tops of their heads show (bottom) as they practise holding their breath to conserve air and keep in shape in case a car plunges into the lake.
