Original Toronto Star caption: A light standard and several power lines were pulled down when a giant tree was uprooted on Primrose Ave. in the Lake Shore Blvd. and Superior Ave. area of Etobicoke yesterday. The destruction was caused by a sudden thunderstorm that kept fire departments and hydro crews from Halton Region to Trenton busy.
