Original Toronto Star caption: Sherwood Park's friendly shark lets two of youngsters become better acquainted. Boys and girls range in age from 6 to 14. Most of them attend the Ontario School for the Blind at Brantford. Program was developed to make their summer holidays interesting. Their day camp activities continued to the end of August.

In its second year, the blind skaters program run by North York's parks and recreation department is brainchild of Andra Kelly, wife of Toronto Maple Leafs coach Red Kelly, and Nancy Cameron of department. Here, Mrs. Kelly assists Dennis Donnelly at Victoria Village Arena. There are 10 people in program, ranging in age from 7 to 62, and they come from all parts of Metro. They need more volunteers.
