Original Toronto Star caption: Heart patient in top shape, Michael Helder, 2 1/2, plays contentedly with a top in Hospital for Sick Children where he recently became the hospital's first child to have an atomic-powered heart pacemaker implanted in his chest. The Hagersville, Ont, boy had a conventional pacemaker since he was an infant. Doctors hope $2,500 unit lasts 10 years.
