Montreal sculptor Hugh LeRoy, 28, (left) was on hand today as his fibre glass 4-Element Column was hoisted into place at City Hall's Nathan Phillips Square. It's the first of 68 pieces to appear in the National Gallery's outdoor centennial show opening in the square May 18. With LeRoy is his wife Elizabeth, in dark glasses, and show coordinator Dorothy Cameron, in beehive hairdo.
