Original Toronto Star caption: Clapboard houses; bright with paint; in Port Bickertonk a Nova Scotia fishing village; were a unfamiliar backdrop for this class of 34 Grade 5 students from Metro's John Ross Robertson public school as they accompanied their teacher Barry on a visit to the local fish factory. Many of the students had experienced only big-city living before taking field trip which they paid for themselves.
