Original Toronto Star caption: Chinguacousy's New Civic Centre will be opened Monday by Premier William Davis, and last-minute preparations are underway to complete the $5 million project. Here; Chinguacousy Reeve Bob Williams chats with machine operator Freeman Saulnier outside the centre. Williams says the centre will give Bramalea the focal point for community activities. The new centre will contain TV studios, a theatre and a library for community meetings and cultural use.
