Original Toronto Star caption: Homes still suffer from burnout; Two months after a spectacular fire destroyed 111 houses at a Canada Homes construction site in Markham; there is little sign of rebuilding. City inspection and insurance company testing is going on to derermine whether each foundation is safe to build on or whether contruction to begin from scratch. Buyers affected by the fire still plan to move in; says builder Lorne Leibel.
