In 1975, a place to stroll with hydro

It is due for completion sometime next summer; when the curved front will partly encompass a raised terrace for strolling and; perhaps sipping; along with shops and restaurants. That reflects intent of Hydro; the giant publicly-owned utility; to enliven part of University Ave.
