Original Toronto Star caption: In 1975; a place to stroll with hydro. With tulips blooming in the foreground; the stucture of Canada Square; the new headquarters building for Ontario Hydro; is shown rising at the soughwest corner of University AVe. and College St. The curved structure is about three-quarters of the way to its full height of 19 storeys. It is due for completion sometime next summer; when the curved front will partly encompass a raised terrace for strolling and; perhaps sipping; along with shops and restaurants. That reflects intent of Hydro; the giant publicly-owned utility; to enliven part of University Ave.
