Original Toronto Star caption: Hydro place presents a shining front. A sweeping curve of mirror galss forming the facade of the new $44 million Ontario Hydro place just south of Queen's Park reflects the fluffy white clouds of a summer sky. The innovative structure has no power plant but uses heat stored in energy banks in basement and tapped from such natural sources as the sun; artificial lighting; equipment and people. The 20-storey tower has 1.3 million square feet of space.
