Original Toronto Star caption: Two towers have been built so far in the Queen's Park complex and there are two to go. This means costly duplication of elevators; air-conditioning; etc. But the building's most striking aspect-and; according to critic Harvey Cowan; its most unhappy one-is the extensive use of black and gray marble. This is both expensive and depressing.
