For being on her feet all day she earns $20.50 an hour plus tips. Meanwhile, Toronto garbage collectors Rick Allen, left, and Art Hill are making $6.43 an hour as they do their rounds on Strathmore Blvd. The jobs may not be similar but equalpay advocates are starting be of rougly equal value to society.
