Above is a photograph of the southeast corner of Church and Carlton Sts., known as 393 Church St., and tenanted by Carnahan's Drug Stores, which it is reported in real estate circles has been sold by the Robert Davies Estate to a Toronto syndicate for $41,000. The property has a frontage of 52 ft. and a depth of 128 ft. The deal, though not definitely confirmed, is regarded as assured. The intentions of the purchasers are not disclosed.
