Original Toronto Star caption: At age 68 he finally getrs chance at Olympics. Earl Jukes was in training for Olympic bicycle racing after World War II when he suffered a broken arm at work. Now, finally, he's getting a chance to compete in the U.S. National senior Olympics, to be held in St. Louis from June 27 to July 2. I get out every day if the weather is right, he says. He recently attended a reunion of bike racers from the '20s and '30s, the heyday of six-day endurance races.
