With remarks on the laws and government of the Province of Quebec. Concerning the history of law in Canada, from the conquest to the adoption of the constitution, presumably privately printed by the Attorney-General of Quebec, Francis Maseres. The authorship of the ''Introduction to the observations made by the judges of the Court of Common Pleas...'' is accredited to the judges Adam Mabane, Thomas Dunn, and P. Panet, of Quebec. cf.
