Original Toronto Star caption: Plane skids off runway. A cargo jet loaded with seafood skidded off a runway during heavy rain at Pearson airport yesterday. The Air Charter Systems DC-8 had just landed and was turning on to a high-speed taxiway when it went into the grass at about 3.15 p.m. The runway was closed as crews worked to free the aircraft from the mud. The four crew members were uninjured.
