Original Toronto Star caption: Reassembled wreckage of the crashed jet is spread out in a government hanger at Toronto International Airport in an attempt to find out why part of the right wing burst into flame and dropped a mile from the main wreckage. The largest piece found intact is a charred 20-foot section near the tip; its aluminum-alloy covering melted in places from the heat. The two engines are also in the hangar-one battered but basically intact; the other sheared half through.
