Original Toronto Star caption: Charred wreckage is all that remains of an Air Canada DC-8 that exploded and burned at Toronto International Airport last night only six minute before 112 passengers were to board. Eleven crew members preparing for the flight to Zurich and Vienna escaped unhurt; but two workmen fuelling the plane were badly burned. Police and airline investigators ruled out any possibility of sabotage but offered no explanation of the cause of the $8 million fire. Terminal 2 was cleared.
