Original Toronto Star caption: Burned-out shell: Firefighting crews pack up their equipment after a two-hour fight to save the CNE's Music Building early today. The disused building was gutted; and Toronto Fire Chief Ben Bonser estimated damage at more than $1 million. Firemen did keep the flames from spreading to an adjacent building housing a jet fighter and a helicopter.
