Original Toronto Star caption: No danger of a mushroom cloud: Ken Reeves, Ontario's emergency planning co-ordinator, says people must accept that there is no danger of a nuclear explosion at the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. A proposed new emergency plan for the plant calls for expansion of the possible evacuation area from a radius of four-to 10-kolometres, to include about 100,000 people, and corrects 'weakness' in the existing, 10-year plan.
