Original Toronto Star caption: Air Canada pilot Stan Hegstrom, (left), and second officer Brad Ellis get set to fly airline's first flight out of Toronto--to Montreal--since the 9-day strike of Canada's pilots and air traffic controllers ended yesterday. The dispute over the use of bilingual air traffic control will be examined by a three-man commission appointed by Ottawa. But Quebec pilots and controllers are expexted to boycott it.
