Original Toronto Star caption: All 20;000 in Canada's great aerial army will be thoroughly trained before they see active service; as well as the 17;000 being prepared under the Empire Air Project. And efficient training is one factor in which Britain has an edge. Here is a Camp Borden recruit in the revolving gun turret of an Avro-Anson training bomber learning to handle the deadly K gun. This gun can be swung and shot at almost any angle at high speed; a feature that is vital in the dog-fights that often occur in the air.
