Original Toronto Star caption: Downtown pedistrians must be nimble-footed these days - and it's almost as frustrating for them as motorists- to handle disruption from $20 million road-repair program under way across Metro. Narrow boardwalks traverse concrete being poured on Adelaide St. in front of Canadian Place. This is scene looking west to University Ave. York St. is a maze. It seems to take hours driving up University Ave. because two lanes have been torn up.
