A Christmas carol : in prose, being a ghost story of Christmas

Original brown cloth covers and spine (pictorial gilt upper cover and spine) bound into the leather binding at the end of volume. The four plates are hand-coloured. The half-title is printed in blue and the t.-p. in red and blue. The preface, signed C.D. [Charles Dickens], is dated December, 1843.
