Furiano represents one of three security firms the city has hired to man 24 public dumping sites. He must make sure garbage bags are properly wrapped and carry out other security precautions. The Shuter-Seaton site is one of the special areas in which residents may deposit their garbage during the 4-day civic workers? strike.
