Original Toronto Star caption: Big Pile of Garbage. Tom Riley; recreation director of Etobicoke; looks over mountain of the stuff; or as folks in the trade call it: Selected sanitary trade waste. But no matter what it is; it is being stacked up to build a ski hill in Etobicoke. By 1970; there will be enough sanitary waste for a 30-metre ski jump plus two runs. And Etobicoke profits as they've been paid $100;000 for taking the waste.
