Original Toronto Star caption: Using both legs: Bring one leg up first, then the other. Leaving your knees slightly separated, put your arms around them and pull them down toward your chest. This will lift your seat somewhat. Close hip joints by pressing the back of pelvis flat against the floor while keeping a hold on your legs.
